Bryan is located in Boston, Massachusetts, is a certified personal trainer, behavior change specialist, and has a very inspiring story. He went from being obese and depressed to running marathons, contributing to Inc Magazine and authoring the best-selling book called Do A Day. Throughout his life challenges, Bryan faced nearly losing his wife to illness while their young son watched, became vegan in just one day, got his masters degree from a top school, then rose to a senior executive position in a successful business. As you can see, Bryan transformed his life and has developed an approach and philosophies to help others do the same which is what he'll be sharing with us today.
